After yesterday’s email, a few clients have asked if it is still possible to drop off their documents at the office.
Yes, of course! While we do encourage use of the Secure Portal or mailing documents in, I recognize that for some clients those options are not feasible.
This may be due to having a large number or types of documents that don’t scan or ship easily. While it may seem counter to the recommendations, note that accounting firms are not on the business closure list at this important time (for hopefully obvious reasons), and we do have precautions in place here at the office such as regular cleaning / disinfecting of surfaces and physical distancing.
So, yes, please let me know if and when you would like to drop off your tax receipts, slips and documents and I’ll make sure we are here to receive them.
