A warm hello to new and returning clients! My office is ramping up to help you this season and I wanted to start with some helpful tips.
First, it’s really important to let me know if anything has changed in your situation. Particularly if:
- You moved to be closer to work
- Your marital status changed
- You sold your primary residence
- You own property or investments outside of Canada

As you get your receipts and slips together, make sure you have all your RRSP contribution receipts – especially watch for the ones from the first 60 days of 2020. These often don’t show up on CRA’s website for us to download until June! If you miss one, we actually have to re-file the year’s tax return to have it added to your contributions.
I should also let you know that the office address has changed. With the addition of many great new clients in the past year, it was time for me to get some help. More space, and more admin support means that I’m able to continue to provide the same prompt, personalized and professional service!
